STRYDLY is operated by Bonilla Holdings, LLC DBA STRYDLY. We do not sell personal information.

This policy applies to runners, run club members and administrators, event organizers, pacers, organizations, partners, and institutions using STRYDLY.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and profile details such as name, email, role, club, organization, and public profile information.
  • Activity and participation records such as RSVPs, attendance, QR check-ins, events, and live session context.
  • Location data when you allow it for live sessions, route visualization, discovery, or activity summaries.
  • Device, diagnostics, app version, support, and usage information.
  • Connected app data, such as Garmin or Apple Health data, only when you authorize the connection.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate STRYDLY, support discovery, events, live sessions, participation, profiles, support, safety and trust signals, diagnostics, and product improvements.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, other users where required by platform functionality, legal authorities where required, or when needed to protect STRYDLY and its users.

5. Visibility and controls

Some information may be visible to other users based on your role, event participation, club affiliation, and privacy settings. Optional permissions can be changed through device or app settings where available.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support legitimate business purposes. Signed-in users can request deletion from the portal, and requests may require verification.
