Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to STRYDLY and use of the service by runners, clubs, organizers, and organizations.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using STRYDLY, you agree to these Terms. STRYDLY is a product of Bonilla Holdings, LLC DBA STRYDLY.

2. Who STRYDLY is for

STRYDLY supports organized running for individual runners, run clubs, event organizers, pacers, organizations, institutions, brands, and partners.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate account information and for maintaining account security. You may not impersonate another person, club, or organization.

4. Platform role

STRYDLY provides tools for discovery, scheduling, participation tracking, profiles, and optional live session context. STRYDLY does not organize, supervise, or control runs or events hosted by independent users, clubs, or organizations.

5. Events and participation

Running and event participation involve inherent physical risk. You are responsible for assessing your fitness, ability, route conditions, and safety before participating.

6. Live sessions and location features

Live session and location features are informational and are not emergency response, supervision, safety enforcement, or a substitute for judgment.

7. Trust signals and badges

Badges, verification, quality scores, and trust indicators are informational. They do not guarantee safety, quality, attendance, identity, or endorsement.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not engage in illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading behavior.
  • Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or misrepresent others.
  • Do not disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

9. Suspension and changes

STRYDLY may suspend access to protect the service or other users. We may update these Terms, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
